The Energiser Day With Victoria Mary Clarke and Ann Kelly
Are you feeling lively? Do you leap out of bed at
the crack of dawn, as effervescent as a toddler on fizzy
drinks, absolutely rearing to go? Or are you struggling
to get through the day, spluttering along on a mixture
of caffeine, sugar and adrenaline? Or even cocaine?
If you, like most people are veering towards fatigue
and exhaustion, when you would rather be leaping around
the place like Mick Jagger, this 'Energiser' is for
you.
All kinds of things affect our energy levels. The type
and quantity of food we eat, the fluids that we drink
and the amount and type of exercise we take. We can
be lifeless and apathetic one minute and then suddenly
whooshed into action simply because of a phone call
from a lover, or a win on the lottery or a sudden promotion.
Our thoughts, our feelings, our hopes, our goals, our
beliefs, other people, in fact everything around us
affects our energy levels.
Victoria is a journalist/author/angel-channeller who
writes regularly for the Sunday Independent, with a
particular interest in psychology, spirituality and
in holistic health. She has spent the past fifteen years
(and a vast fortune) on experimenting as a self help
workshop and new age therapy junkie. She has adopted
a healthy lifestyle after having spent many years doing
quite the opposite! Ann Kelly is a life coach from Cork,
(who has worked wonders on Victoria) and who also presents
motivational seminars.
Together, they have designed this day, to offer the
very best of what they have learned about energy and
motivation. They will be guiding you through the ten
most crucial areas where energy can be charged up (or
drained). These include eating and drinking habits,
hygiene and grooming, (both body and environment) physical
exercise and rest, feng shui, thoughts and beliefs,
relationships, emotional patterns, goal setting and
motivation, working with the chakra system and spiritual
connection.
Come comfortably dressed, but be prepared to charge
out of your comfort zone, and to cast aside your old
habits and behaviours. If you commit to even some of
the changes that we are recommending, you can soon expect
to be firing on all cylinders!
